Apply for the beta
Tell us about your shop: the work you do, how many people are on your crew, and what you use now. We read every application ourselves.
We open your shop
If it's a fit, we send you a one-time link. It opens your shop in PDRCore, with you as its owner.
Answer a few questions
Your shop's name, where you are, your labor rate, your sales tax and what it's charged on, when invoices are due, and how your crew is paid. One question a screen, and it picks up where you left off.
Put in your prices
Your flat prices and upcharges, your own figure for retail work, and a price sheet for any dealer or fleet account that has its own. The rest of setup waits under Finish setting up.
Learn it on a practice copy
Everyone gets a walkthrough for their own role, pressing the real controls on a practice copy, so nothing real is touched while they learn. How PDRCore works is there to come back to.
Invite your crew
Invite everyone at once, and give each person the roles they need. Technicians get My Work and My Pay on their phone.
Receive your first car
Scan the VIN, take the seven guided shots, write the estimate, and send it.
You don't start from a blank sheet.
A new shop's estimates are priced from PDRCore's dent matrix, already in place: every panel by dent size and count range. When a car needs a different figure, set the price on the estimate.

Moving from Mobile Tech RX, CCC ONE or another system?*
From Mobile Tech RX, you can upload the files you export from it, check what will come in (customers, vehicles, open estimates and history), bring it in, and undo it if you change your mind. From anywhere else, you can bring in a single estimate written somewhere else, from a PDF or a photo of the printout, and check every line before it's added.
