About · In beta

Built for paintless dent repair, not adapted to it.

Collision software assumes parts, paint and body labor. A hail estimate is panels, dent sizes and count ranges, and a hail crew is paid in ways a body shop never is. PDRCore (sometimes written PDR Core) starts from how PDR shops actually work.

Built by PDR people, and shaped by technicians and brokers who've spent years on hail lines and dealer routes.
Built in the industry
What it's built on

Six rules the software keeps.

  • Priced the way PDR is priced

A panel is priced from PDRCore's dent matrix by its dent size and count range, or by a price you set on the estimate. Nobody counts dents one by one: the range sets the price.

  • Never guess a pay rate

A flag-hour or per-panel rate that isn't set is named, not filled in. That pay is held and names whose rate is missing.

  • Your words on your paper

What your estimates, invoices and forms say is written by your shop. PDRCore supplies none of it, and never speaks for your shop.

  • The phone and the computer, together

Screens are designed for the phone and the computer together, because so much of PDR happens on a lot with a phone in one hand.

  • Say what isn't built

What works is marked live. What doesn't is on the roadmap, labelled, with no promised date.

  • Built with the shops that use it

Beta shops star what they want first and tell us what's confusing from the screen it's on, and that shapes what we build next.

Tell us how your shop actually works.

We're opening PDRCore to a small number of shops and technicians first. Apply, tell us how your shop runs, and star what you want built next.
