Every car, from drop-off to paid.
The repair order (RO) is the one record for a car. It starts with a VIN scan at drop-off and stays on the board until the money arrives, with the estimate, photos, billing, messages and notes all on it.
- VIN scan and seven guided photos at drop-off
- One board of every car until it's paid
- Customers and vehicles with their history

Receive the car in a minute.
Vehicle Intake asks for two things: the VIN and who pays. Everything else can follow.
Scan the VIN
Point the phone at the VIN and the year, make and model fill in. The scan runs in PDRCore's own camera.
Seven guided shots
The camera walks you round the car: four corners, the odometer, the license plate and the VIN sticker, counting as you go.
No name yet? Receive it anyway
A car can come in before you have the customer's name. The RO says so until the name is added.
Insurance details on the RO
On an insurance RO, the carrier, claim number, deductible and adjuster go on at intake, with the date of loss.
A printable intake sheet
Print the intake sheet as the car is received, for the folder or the dash.
See every car, and what each one is waiting on.
The Board
Every car in a column by stage: Vehicle received, Estimate written, Approved, In repair, Submitted for inspection, Repairs complete, Invoiced. A car leaves the board when it's paid, not when it drives away.
The Repair Orders list
Views with a count on each, filters such as Waiting on, Unpaid and Ready to deliver, views you save for yourself, and views the shop shares.
One page per RO
The estimate, photos, billing, messages, notes, schedule and activity for a car, in one place, each detail editable where it sits.
Overview, for managers
A queue of what is late, slipping or waiting to be tidied up, so the day starts with what needs a person.
My Work, for technicians
Every car with a line assigned to them, and the panels left. Technicians see their own cars, nobody else's.
A quality check before a car is done
An inspector goes down your checklist, passes the car or sends it back with what failed. You can switch it off in Settings.
History that stays with the car and the customer.
Customers and vehicles
Everyone you've done work for, every vehicle they've brought in, and every RO on each.
Activity on every RO
Who changed what and when, on the RO's own Activity tab.
A shop calendar
Drop-offs, pickups and walkthroughs across the shop by week, and a schedule on each RO.
Your RO numbers
RO numbers run in order for your shop, starting where you choose, so they carry on from your old system.
Parts orders per car
Purchase orders for the parts a car needs, kept on that car's billing.

Automatic messages to customers
Texts and emails that go out on their own as a car moves along, such as when it's approved or ready. You switch each one on.
